Troubleshooting

IM-RXV1 and IM-RXV3 Troubleshooting

Not receiving power.
Verify that the power supply
cable and power supply
connection to the AC are
properly attached.
PWR LED does
not illuminate.
Incorrect power supply.
Only use a Crestron power
supply.
Verify display device

Verify iMedia output cable
connection is secure.
No video output
displayed.
Wrong input selected on
transmitter.
Select correct input on
transmitter.

Peak adjustment

Readjust peak control.
